Nothing. All production, sales commission and printing fees are covered by advertising revenue. This revenue is generated by selling space within the programme to supporting breweries and local companies. We never need more than a 50/50 editorial/advertising ratio.
All credit control is conducted by Tamoko Design and is included in the service we provide.
Editorially you will need to supply the beer and cider lists and any other editorial you would like to include, this could be a site map, a local Real Ale pub guide, beer styles or local CAMRA news and notices. If you have any colour photographs of the festival, they can be used to liven up the pages.
To help us generate the advertising revenue, an early version of your beer list is helpful so we can approach the breweries. Also any local papers, newsletters to chase local businesses.
Usually, the majority of advertisers are breweries which we have contacts with already, if we do contact new customers directly it is done in with upmost courtesy and professionalism. We do not use any pressure tactics in any way. Please feel free to ring and ask any of our advertisers from any of our existing programmes on our customer relations.
Yes, editorial remains the complete responsibility of the festival organisers, a proof of all editorial and advertisement pages will be sent to your editor for confirmation before print.
We would be pleased to supply you with a number of happy customers statements and letters, please contact Daniel Speed directly for this information.
